Easter Arrives

Easter Arrives a bit earlier this year.  After the winter we had here in the Northeast, its more than welcome!    So what will you be serving or eating for Easter Dinner?   Ham? Lamb?  Of course if you are Italian there is plenty of Antipasti,Pasta and other Italian delights as well as side dishes and desserts, but I would be curious on specifics, please reply and let me know! :)
